Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Adelaide Regional Distribution Centre (Gepps Cross). The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities related to facilities and maintenance operations, engineering, risk and compliance.
The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Facilities & Maintenance Manager to ensure a safe, compliant and functional site for the team and community. This includes monitoring contractor works and activities to ensure all works are satisfactorily and safely completed to our policies, procedures and standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the facilities and/or property industry and/or building services, with excellent organisation and administrative skills. They will also possess intermediate MS and/or Google Suite skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
