The Opportunity
At Reine & La Rue we are always searching for talented Trade Waiters, Wine Waiters and Sommeliers to join our team. Expectations are high as we strive to deliver nothing short of excellence to our guests and we want to work with professionals who are dedicated and motivated to succeed.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant qualification and/or 12 to 24 months of experience
- Works well under pressure and understands the requirements for a fast-paced restaurant
- A good level of French food & wine knowledge is preferred, and the desire for continual learning
- Enthusiasm to create memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service
- Availability to work a rotating roster
