Join CS Energy and take charge of leading the Supply team at Callide Power Station.
This is a critical role ensuring the smooth flow of purchasing, warehousing, and logistics operations that power safe, reliable, and cost effective power generation.
As the Supply Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the Callide Stores, managing stock control, inventory levels, and logistics in line with CS Energy's Procurement and Inventory Strategy. Your leadership will enable the team to meet the Callide's operational and maintenance objectives while upholding our commitment to safety, reliability, and long-term asset management.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the Supply team to deliver high-quality purchasing, warehousing, and logistics services.
* Manage the safe and efficient daily operation of Callide Stores, including stocktakes, inventory levels, and materials handling.
* Ensure timely delivery of goods to site customers aligned with maintenance schedules and operational plans.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across inventory, supply, and logistics processes.
* Support procurement and commercial activities, including negotiations with suppliers and contractors.
* Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
This is a permanent, full time position at Callide Power Station.
ABOUT YOU
You're a proactive and hands on leader who thrives in a dynamic industrial environment. You can balance operational demands with strategic thinking and have a strong understanding of asset management and business drivers.
To be successful, you will have:
* A trade certificate or relevant qualification (e.g. Associate Diploma or Degree).
* Experience supervising supply or facilities management functions in a heavy industry environment.
* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in commercial negotiations and supplier management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Competency with MS Office and business systems.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
* Proven ability to deliver results in a cross-functional, operational setting.
* Sound understanding of asset management, facilities management, and contract works oversight.
