Job Description Develop, own, and manage budgets, forecasts, and rolling financial plans aligned with business goals. Conduct detailed financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate closely with commercial teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) to provide financial insights that drive growth and profitability. Analyse cost structures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency without compromising quality. Partner with supply chain and operations to optimise inventory levels, reduce working capital, and improve cash flow management. Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies. Lead process improvements in financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis tools (e.g., BI platforms, ERP systems). The Successful Applicant 5 years proven experience in commercial finance, preferably within FMCG, retail, or a fast-paced consumer environment. Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., PowerBI). Solid understanding of commercial drivers such as pricing, trade spend, cost control, and profitability analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent business partnering abilities with the capacity to communicate complex financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders. Worked in a multinational environment previously.
