Job posting previously published; role is a FIFO position with an 8:6 roster, based in Western Australia, and requires travel from Perth.
Role
Civeo Australia are looking for highly experienced FIFO Catering Managers (minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Chef Trade Certificate) to join our WA Operations on a full-time basis to provide first-class service to our Camps across the WA network. These roles are FIFO and operate on an 8:6 roster flying from Perth airport.

Experience
Proven track record in Mine Site Catering, hotel or restaurant background or related industry
Demonstrated successful staff management experience
At least 5 years' experience in Chef Management in the service, hospitality or similar industry
Experience in understanding and managing a Profit and Loss statement
Experience in Menu development
Experience with ISO, HACCP and other relevant quality standards
Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Excel
Working knowledge of JDE and Triniteq; desirable but not essential
Skills And Knowledge
Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Chef Trade certificate (NVQ/City & Guilds accepted)
Applied knowledge of HACCP principles in bulk cooking
Ability to create service schedules on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Advanced knowledge of workplace safety systems and compliance
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Budgetary and analytical skills
Knowledge of kitchen chemicals, including their application and storage
Valid driver's licence (Class C)
