The Role
This role involves providing practical support to clients and implementing strategies aligned with case planning and goal setting. This includes advice on tenancy rights and responsibilities, cleaning, maintenance, and household routines.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing practical support to clients and implementing strategies and approaches aligned with case planning and goal setting.
* Identifying clients who may have additional needs and liaising with the Senior Case Worker to secure appropriate referrals, resources, and information.
* Developing and implementing culturally appropriate tenancy support sessions to be delivered in the family home or in small groups at a community facility.
