As a Business Development Project Coordinator, you will play a linchpin role in the company, working closely with senior managers to research, develop and implement business development projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Project coordination and oversight from initial concept to completion
* Risk mitigation and management of external consultants
* Monitoring stakeholder and service provider compliance and results
* Regular reporting to stakeholders on project performance
Some of the past projects undertaken in this role have included product registration in other countries, coordinating trademark acquisition through our lawyers, and managing consultants to conduct clinical trials.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* Demonstrated experience and achievement in project coordination, regulation and compliance, facilitation and general business support
* A track record in generating and delivering outcomes, on-time and on budget
* Proven success working across a diverse range of business areas
* Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement and learning
