* To maintain accurate records, manage files, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
* To respond to telephone enquiries, book appointments, and handle patient-related queries.
* To work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Administration or related field.
