We are looking for a Senior iOS Engineer who can step into an existing app, stabilise what's there, and deliver new AML-driven features fast. It is an immediate start contract role. This isn't a greenfield build. It's legacy code, regulatory deadlines, and zero margin for delay.
What you'll be doing
* Working within a legacy iOS codebase, understanding it quickly and improving stability
* Building out new screens and flows aligned to AML regulatory requirements
* Shipping production-ready Swift code under tight delivery timelines
* Collaborating with product and backend to meet compliance deadlines
What actually matters
* Strong Swift / native iOS experience in production environments
* Proven ability working in legacy or less‐than‐perfect codebases
* Experience delivering under regulatory or deadline-driven pressure (finance, banking = ideal)
* Ability to make pragmatic decisions — fix what matters, don't boil the ocean
Reality check
* This is not polished or greenfield
* You'll be dealing with existing constraints and technical debt
* Speed and impact matter more than perfection
