We are seeking a friendly and genuine team player to join our Bowen branch team as a Personal Banking Consultant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the finance industry, or for those seeking flexibility and a strong work/life balance.
As a Personal Banking Consultant, your main objective will be to deliver an exceptional level of personalised service to customers. You will support customers by identifying individual needs, problem-solving, and proactively promoting our products and services to help achieve successful outcomes.
We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available. The successful applicant will also be willing to work across branches within the Bowen region as required.
About You
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Demonstrated sales experience
* Cash handling experience
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to quickly build rapport and work collaboratively within a team
* Demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
* Experience in the finance industry (desirable)
