We're seeking a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant with strong communication and people skills, to support our growing team. Recruitment administration experience; alongside an understanding of small business finances; and mining recruitment services experience is preferable.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant with corporate experience who would value working locally in Fremantle, in a small owner run company, with flexible working arrangements.
Your people skills, patience, upbeat nature, eye for detail and your highly organised nature will be valued in this role. As part of a small team, good communication skills with clients, staff and suppliers will be invaluable; alongside your discretion and professionalism.

Location: Fremantle, WA
Hours: Flexible (approximately 10-15 hours per week to start with)
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide Executive Assistant / Recruitment Administrator support to Directors, GM, and CFO
* Screen applications and shortlist candidates for Recruiters
* Schedule and coordinate interviews and meetings with candidates, clients, and Recruiters
* Arrange pre-employment medicals and compliance requirements
* Co-ordinate candidate mobilisation including travel, accommodation, and site access
* Manage end-to-end onboarding process and documentation
* Maintain accurate records in our database; alongside general administrative /computing tasks.
