Opportunity

We are looking for a highly experienced full‐time Control Room Operator with a proven track record of maintaining operational excellence in complex, high‐pressure environments. Brings strong technical expertise, acute attention to detail, and the ability to make critical decisions quickly and effectively. Demonstrates a deep understanding of process control, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance within pharmaceutical and biotechnology settings. Adaptable, reliable, and committed to ensuring continuous, efficient operations while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. Ready to contribute immediately and thrive in demanding, fast‐paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and operate CCTV systems
* Coordinate with emergency services and internal stakeholders
* Maintain accurate incident reports, data logs, and visitor records
* Respond to security risks in accordance with standard operating procedures
* Operate two‐way radio communications and assist with personnel deployment
* Manage access control for staff, contractors, and visitors
* Participate in scheduled training and emergency response exercises

Key Requirements
* Current Security Licence with Control Room endorsement
* Hepatitis B & Influenza Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* ASIC Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong administrative and computer skills
* Experience with fire panels and working in dynamic environments
* Familiarity with Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom, or PassagePoint
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
