Leading Hand
Electrical Commissioning Technician's - with Isolation experience
to join our clients team in the
Oil and Gas industry.
Details:
* Role - Leading Hand Electrical Commissioning Technician
* With Electrical Isolation Authority experience -
Responsible for performing isolation verifications and implementation and hands on Electrical Commissioning works as required.
* Roster:
2x1 (travel in on first & out on last day of swing)
* POH
: Perth – however we will cover flights from any capital City in Australia
* Start date: ASAP
* Duration: 10-12 months' work
* Hours per day
: 10.5
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Responsible for performing isolation verifications and implementation
* General function test
* Protection relays
* SIS/ICS, inputs and outputs to MCC cubicles, inter-trip signals between LV and LV circuit breakers, etc.
* Battery autonomy record sheets
* Battery charge / discharge record sheets
* Lighting circuits record sheets
* Switchgear operation and switching
* Voltage and frequency control
* Active and reactive load sharing between microgrid systems (PV (simulated) and BESS)
* BESS management (charging and discharging rates)
Experience, skills and qualifications:
Essential:
* WA – Unrestricted Electrical Licence (A-Grade)– Requirement
* Cert III or IV Instrumentation – Requirement
* Trade Certificate – Requirement
* CPR / LVR certificates
– Requirement
* First Aid – Desirable
* HV Switching Certificate
* Previous Hydrogen project exposure desirable, but not essential
