About your new job
This dual role will have you over seeing the Reception desk and spending other days in the administration team. Your duties will include but not be limited to
Act as a first point of contact for customers - providing a great customer experience
Answering phone inquiries and directing to the appropriate channels
Administrative duties - entering and updating information into the Customer Management System, processing banking statements, processing care registrations
Assist customers with general queries when the sales representatives are shortly unavailable, adhoc administration and filing
About you!
Excellent opportunity - Industry knowledge is not essential.
You will be patient and have the ability to liaise with high end customers
You will have immaculate presentation and exceptional customer service skills - going above and beyond for customers
Experience within a Administrative capacity as well as customer service / reception
Previous experience working with high-volume phones and a busy Customer Service desk will be considered
You will be highly motivated and go above and beyond
