- Active listening skills and the ability to lead and guide emotional conversations
- Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility – this is a newly created role with room to grow and evolve—perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and embraces change.
- Strong relationship building skills - You’ll need the ability to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders and build rapport quickly and authentically.
