About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater and Spray Painter to join our well-established and busy workshop in Geelong. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Panel beating and/or spray painting on a variety of vehicles
* Repairing vehicle bodies to manufacturer standards
* Preparing vehicles for painting (sanding, filling, priming)
* Spray painting using modern equipment and techniques
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
* Meeting quality and efficiency targets
About You
* Trade qualified Panel Beater and/or Spray Painter
* Minimum 3–4 years relevant experience (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and quality finish
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
* Full Australian work rights
* Current driver’s licence preferred
