This position is crucial for delivering expert technical services related to the development, design, and operation of high-performance technology infrastructure for the Westpac Group. This role integrates operations and project responsibilities, focusing on domestic and international networks leveraging Cisco SD-WAN and SDA Campus Network Architecture. What do I need? Enterprise Network Expertise: Deep understanding of enterprise networks and related technologies.Network Protocols: Proficient in DNS, DHCP, VXLAN, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and switching concepts.Scripting and Automation: Experience with Python or Ansible scripting and integration with DevOps tools like Jenkins and Bitbucket.SD-WAN and Cisco Technologies: Familiarity with SD-WAN (preferably Viptela), Cisco SDA Network and Implementation, and Cisco DNA-C.Wireless Implementation: Knowledge of wireless implementation and Cisco ISE.ITIL Framework: Understanding of ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.Network Design and Implementation: Experience in designing and implementing enterprise networks.Cloud Infrastructure Management: Experience with DNS, DHCP, IPAM (Infoblox), and network visibility/troubleshooting.On-Call Support: Participate in the on-call roster as needed.
