As a Service Advisor and Sales Person – Parts & Accessories (Motorsports) you will play a key role in the expansion of the Brisans brand. We are currently looking for a friendly, honest and driven person to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate's role will include:
* Answer Phone Calls, SMS, Emails and Drive Ins to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention
* Accurately record issues and data into Dealer Management System with critical attention to detail
* Conduct Transactions w/ system; walk customer through correction and provide summary
* Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle
* Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer
* Follow up with Customer on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and outstanding product knowledge
* Meeting sales targets and KPI's
* Offering the #1 Motorcycle / Powersports experience
To be considered for this position, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and expertise:
* Proven exceptional customer service including a professional presentation
* Excellent organisational skills and problem-solving ability
* Ability to learn and possess a deep understanding of products and services
* General mechanical knowledge and understanding
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
