Client Services Associate

* Efficiently complete client-related tasks within the local office or designated region, meeting internal and external service standards.
* Provide general support to the Client Services team, including file creation, database management, and handling tasks within the Beginner skill set.
* Assist with front-of-house reception duties and ad-hoc administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and scanning as needed.
Requirements:
* Administration experience with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders.
* Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and develop, and able to collaborate effectively with others.
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
* A knowledge of ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission) is beneficial.
