Job Description
The Digital Analyst (UX) supports Beyond Bank to provide the best Digital Experience for customers and the business. Reporting to the Digital Experience Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders to simplify digital experiences for thousands of Beyond Bank customers.
Responsibilities
- Initiate digital solutions that improve user experience (UX), conversion rates, satisfaction, and back-office processes.
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders across the bank, design service blueprints, identify the optimum solution for customers, and define success metrics.
- Represent the voice of customers by conducting user research and implementing user-centred design principles.
- Define user stories, validate business requirements, and design mock-ups and wireframes.
- Collaborate with technical teams and third-party providers to assess technical feasibility and define the minimum viable product (MVP).
- Conduct product testing by adopting the perspective of a user.
Qualifications / About You
- Passionate about digital and improving user experience.
- Familiar with UX principles, conversion optimisation tactics, user journeys, and user research.
- You enjoy working with multiple stakeholders and identify root causes of customer pain points.
- Structured and able to organise disparate and ambiguous information into summaries and action points.
- 2 years of experience as a business analyst, product analyst, UX designer, or similar.
- Experience in the banking or finance industry with exposure to banking operations and financial products.
- Experience with experience tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, HotJar, Optimizely, or similar.
