This is a full time position based in Sandringham.

The Role

You will be responsible for assisting the Payroll Lead with the following;

* Assisting with processing the payroll.
* Set up new employees on the payroll.
* Change in contracts and employee conditions.
* Learn calculations of payroll tax, superannuation and work cover.
* Following up discrepancies with timesheets and ensure they approved on time.
* EOM and EOY reporting - assisting the lead with this along with other ad hoc duties
* Employee queries via phone and email
