Job Title: Human Resources and Training Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Human Resources and Training Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees, as well as designing and delivering training programs to enhance their skills and performance.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
The HR and Training Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations, including recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement. They will also oversee the development and implementation of training programs, policies, and procedures.
The successful candidate will have at least 1+ year of experience in human resources or a related field, with advanced MS Office skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will also have active listening and problem-solving skills for employee relations.
