We have full-time roles available for Assistant Venue Managers, Duty Managers, Waitstaff and Bartenders. What you'll be doing
* Assisting the Venue Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience
* Rostering, supervising and motivating front-of-house teams to deliver high-quality service
* Handling cash handling, banking and other financial responsibilities
* Coordinating stock control, stocktakes and inventory management
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and liquor licensing regulations
* Supporting event planning and implementation
* Providing a warm and friendly welcome to all our guests
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a similar hospitality management or supervisory role
* Strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
* Sound financial management and cash handling skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
* Knowledge of relevant health, safety and liquor licensing regulations
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
