ScotPac is seeking a Senior Manager, Collections, to lead debt recovery across Australia and New Zealand
.
In this pivotal role, you will drive effective collections, risk management, and recovery outcomes across the Asset Finance portfolio.

How you will make an impact:
You will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key external partners, including mercantile agents, valuers, lawyers, and insolvency practitioners. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective debt recovery policies and procedures, identifying and escalating potential credit risks, leading and developing a high-performing team, and providing accurate, timely reporting on portfolio performance.
What you will do:
* Establish effective Collections/Debt recovery policies and procedures to maximise debt recovery and minimise exposure.
* Awareness, detection, and reporting of matters that may present a credit risk
* Manage, lead and develop a team of Collections Officers
* Prompt and accurate reporting on portfolio status.
* Monitor and report on Client arrears
What you will bring with you:
* Previous experience in Debt Recovery and Collections, ideally in Asset lending, vehicle leasing or business lending
* Previous experience leading, coaching, training,developing and motivating direct reports to achieve optimum level of productivity
* Strong customer service skills with a customer centric mindset
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions focused approach
* Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Results driven mindset, with ability to take on personal challenge of driving and delivering business results and outcome
