 
        
        We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. If you enjoy providing exceptional customer service and have solid administrative skills, we’d love to hear from you! 
Responsibilities 
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a skilled manner 
- Greeting and assisting clients and visitors face-to-face 
- Scheduling incoming work using cloud-based CRM software (ServiceM8 or similar) 
- Processing and handling over-the-counter sales (EFTPOS) 
- Accurate and timely data entry of invoicing 
- General administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations 
- Strong customer service skills, both in person and over the phone 
- Experience using cloud-based CRM or scheduling systems (e.g. ServiceM8 or similar) 
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook & Excel 
- Experience with accounting programs (e.g. QuickBooks, advantageous but not essential) 
- High level of attention to detail 
- Solid data entry and administrative skills 
- Reliable, positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills 
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 
- Australian work rights are required for this position 
Availability 
Hours: 3 days a week, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM (19.5hrs weekly). Monday, Tuesday & Friday are essential. Flexibility to work on additional occasional days may be required to cover annual leave and holidays.
