A reputable qualified services business are seeking the expertise of an organised Office administrator/All rounder to join their team in North Sydney! This role is a permanent, full time role with a rapidly expanding business and has room to grow within the role.
Working alongside an administration team of 3, you will be responsible for;
- Being the main POC of the office
- Inventory management
- Providing administrative support for the wider team
- Ordering office supplies
- Handling incoming enquiries
- Ensuring the office is running efficiently and everything is maintained
- Diary coordination and meeting room scheduling
We are looking for someone who is adaptable, highly organised with a solid attention to detail. You must have a client focused approach, maintaining a consistently professional manner with internal and external stakeholders.
