Action Workforce needs experienced forklift operators, and we need a lot of them, across multiple well-known Adelaide businesses, right now. We have more work than we can fill and we're looking for people who know their equipment, show up, and take pride in the job.
What We're Looking For
We're particularly keen to hear from operators with high-reach - 6-8 bays - and specialist attachment experience - reach, dual tyne, clamp, extendable tyne, and gas. LO and LF both welcome. If you can jump between more than one licence or attachment type, you'll be popular.
Minimum Requirements
* Valid LO and/or LF licence.
* At least 6 months hands‐on experience.
* Full Australian work rights.
* Safety first mentality.
* Must be able to pass a police check and drug and alcohol test.

The Work
Roles vary by site - some fast‐paced and high‐volume, others more methodical. You might be running high‐bay reach equipment, handling clamp attachments, loading and unloading across day, arvo, or night shifts. We'll always match you to something that suits your experience and brief you properly before you start.
