Production Operator - Manufacturing (Coopers Plains, QLD)
* Rotating shift roster (Day 6am-2pm, Afternoon 2pm-10pm and Night 10pm-6am).
* Attractive hourly rate of $33.33/hr + shift allowance + overtime and CSR benefits.

About The Role
The
Production Operator
role is a
Full-Time
position, based at
Coopers Plains, QLD
. Reporting to the
Manufacturing Manager
you will be responsible for the operation of the Gyprock workstations and the efficient production of Gyprock, while maintaining quality, low cost, and safe work practices.
In This Role You Will
* Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past
* Ensure adequate raw material levels to run the schedule including the preparation of PBL reels
* Adherence with approved formulation and process settings
* Quality Assurance testing consistent with National testing matrix requirements
* Process manipulation as required to achieve product specifications eg formulation adjustment, dressing of scoring wheels.
* Production and quality data to be recorded and entered directly into CSR's online systems.
* Forklift driving required for this role.

* Strong Safety awareness
* Attention to detail.
* Willingness to work a rotating roster.
* Proven success in a similar role, preferably in a high volume, multiple stage continuous manufacturing / factory environment is desirable.
* Forklift license essential
