The Role:
We're looking for a dynamic and proactive Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) to lead the delivery of high-quality clinical education across Armidale Community Health. In this role, you'll work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to support staff development and promote excellence in patient care.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Create engaging, evidence-based education sessions suited to varied clinical needs.
* Evaluate and adapt programs to ensure ongoing relevance and impact.
* Work closely with Nurse Managers, Clinical Nurse Consultants, and other educators to deliver integrated learning strategies.
* Partner with Allied Health and nursing teams to identify workforce development needs.
* Be a visible clinical leader—mentoring, guiding, and inspiring staff in their professional growth.
* Promote a positive learning culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
* Drive quality improvement by aligning education with clinical governance, safety standards, and best practice principles.

Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration and who holds relevant clinical or education post-registration qualifications or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate.
* Eligible to drive in NSW and willing to travel for work purposes.
