About the Role
As a Part-Time Front Office Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering courteous, efficient, and professional service to exceed guest expectations.
* Maintaining strict security procedures to protect guest confidentiality and privacy.
* Liaising proactively with internal departments to meet guest and group booking requirements.
* Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests throughout their stay.
* Managing guest and hotel accounts accurately, ensuring all charges are posted in a timely manner.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
* Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone etiquette.
* A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Experience with Opera Cloud and third-party booking platforms is advantageous.
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
