Key Responsibilities of the Role
* Analyse residential building plans and documentation to prepare accurate material take-offs
* Order materials for full home builds, including post-contract and variation requirements
* Work closely with construction, procurement and supplier partners to resolve queries and maintain schedule alignment
* Identify discrepancies, propose solutions and support improvements in estimating systems and processes
* Maintain consistent, reliable estimating records that support operational targets and cost control
* Using Dynamix Estimating software (full training provided)
What We're Looking For
* At least 4 years' experience in residential whole-house estimating in a volume building setting
* Strong working knowledge of construction processes and industry terminology
* Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans with precision
* Confidence using estimating software (Databuild, Buildsoft or similar) and digital tools
* Excellent analytical, numerical and communications skills
* Construction qualifications or trade background are highly advantageous
