Aidacare is a leading provider of Healthcare Equipment and related services across Australia. We are seeking to appoint an experienced all round administration officer to support our Complex Rehab Team based in Thomastown.
In your role as Complex Rehab Administrator you will have the following attributes:
- Be a positive team member with excellent communication skills
- Show empathy for our clients and be comfortable working in a healthcare environment
- Be exceptionally well organised and able to multi-task
- Have strong computer skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
Some of the tasks that the role includes are:
- Processing quotes for scripted complex mobility equipment in conjunction with sales staff and therapists
- Sales order processing and invoicing
- Scheduling of sales staff and on road technician appointments coordinating with clients, therapists and staff.
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Geelong, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
