A prominent Federal Government department is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial and private cloud solutions within a nationally significant innovation environment. This exciting opportunity offers a 12-month contract with two 12-month extension options.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and support providers, monitor service quality, and implement improvements.
- Maintain the Service Catalogue, SLAs, and OLAs as needed.
- Engage stakeholders and share relevant technical and business information.
- Ensure compliance with security and change policies, manage incidents, and support continuity planning.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to lead business process improvements through analysis, design, and implementation of technology-enabled solutions.
- Strong service performance monitoring skills, with experience applying service standards and resolving issues.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams, allocating tasks, and coaching staff to build capability and collaboration.
- Expertise in managing end-to-end technology service delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment across teams.
- Experience leading innovation initiatives and managing service delivery pipelines, including SLA negotiation and scalable service design.
