Jewel is the most luxurious residential building on the Gold Coast and as such the level of service to the residents needs to be at the highest level. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a foundation team responsible for setting up the concierge services on a residential user level with a focus on creating a personal and professional atmosphere to ensure resident satisfaction is delivered at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
* Warmly meet and greet all Owners, Occupiers, and visitors using our "approach, greet, and farewell" service principles. Assist with directions, access requirements, and escorting to lifts, units, or facilities when required.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of building fire and emergency evacuation procedures, safety programs, and incident reporting standards.
* Provide prompt, professional responses to resident concerns and ensure promised actions and follow-ups are delivered to the highest standard.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with Residents through effective and respectful communication.
* Support the efficient daily operation of the Concierge service and ensure all actions reflect exceptional service quality and courtesy.
* Be consistently prepared for all daily duties and ensure seamless coordination with fellow team members.
* Maintain a high level of personal grooming and present yourself in full, correct uniform at all times.
* Ensure the Concierge desk and surrounding areas are clean, organised, and well-maintained.
* Follow all operating SOPs and guidelines to ensure full delivery of the contracted scope of services to the Body Corporate.
* Understand and manage the contractor register to support resident service requests within Jewel.
About You
* Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, customer service, or luxury residential environments is highly regarded.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for resident service.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Reliable, well-presented, and committed to maintaining the highest service standards.
* Ability to work rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
