About the Role:
This dynamic leadership position is focused on empowering participants to live independent lives through a person-centred approach. As a senior leader, you will have strategic and operational responsibility for leading community hub-based services designed to support individuals with disabilities.
* Program Management: Develop and implement program strategies and initiatives to meet the needs and goals of individuals with disabilities
* Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise program staff, including program supervisors and other team members. Provide leadership, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure staff deliver high-quality services
* Participant Support: Collaborate with participants, their families, and caregivers to develop and implement individualised support plans that promote independence and dignity
* Regulatory Compliance: Demonstrate a strong understanding and working knowledge of compliance requirements within the disability services sector, ensuring all services are delivered in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
* Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality assurance mechanisms to continually improve program services and meet organisational standards
* Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, funding agencies, and stakeholders to promote the organisation's mission and values
* Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on program performance, outcomes, and financial status for senior management

About You:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader with a deep commitment to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities. To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Disability Services)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position within disability services or a related field
* Strong knowledge of disability support regulations, best practices, and industry trends
* Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
* Commitment to promoting inclusivity, dignity, and independence for individuals who live with disability
Please note that a current Australian Driver's Licence, NSW Working with Children's Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Current Police Check are required for this role.
