Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve.About the roleWe currently have positions available for qualified, reliable, and passionate Skilled Nurses to join our team in Waterloo and surrounding areas. It is preferred that you are an experienced Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration. You will need to be friendly, and positive and demonstrate client-focused behavior, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect. You’ll also need to have a natural ability to build relationships that make a difference and be honest, helpful, and dependable, making you a great asset to our team.Key responsibilitiesClinical in-home services including care plan assessment, complex skilled nursing, medication administration, incontinence management, catheter care, tube feeding, IV therapy, IV antibiotics, wound dressing, complex wound management, rehabilitation, palliative care, symptom management and managing a rapidly changing health status.QualificationsQualified Registered NurseCurrent AHPRA registeredFirst Aid & CPRValid unrestricted driver's license and car with comprehensive insurance (desirable)Australian National Police checkPreferred SkillsA passion for high quality client-focused careExceptional communication skillsAble to work autonomously or within a team environmentExcellent time management and organisation skillsCommitment to ongoing professional development
