**Cruise Holidays Representative**
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cruise Holidays Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling cruise holidays to customers and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages.
2. Ensuring KPIs are met and monthly sales targets are exceeded.
3. Supporting and handling walk-in, email and telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately.
4. Maximising sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling.
5. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive product information to deliver and generate sales.
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience working in a customer service environment and driving sales targets.
* Minimum 2 years of retail or wholesale experience in the cruise or travel industry.
* GDS experience is an advantage.
