Northrop Grumman Australia provides the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) with through-life support for its fleet of KC-30A Multi-role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft—a derivative of the Airbus A330-200. The platform is a trusted and proven asset and the program is continually growing in capability and expertise.

We are seeking a highly motivated and Planning Analyst to join the team at our Pinkenba Deep Maintenance Facility.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a robust DM work pack planning system to incorporate the approved schedule of maintenance.
- Review and audit individual work packs including work scope, simultaneous maintenance and IMI requirements ensuring all airworthiness obligations are met.
- Initiate and evaluate changes of the Department of Defence maintenance Program and improve planning and business systems in conjunction with MRD.
- Manage ad-hoc maintenance arising's, including working parties and aircraft recovery after operational incidents in conjunction with BMMC and FSM
- Ensure the CAMM2 database is correct at all times for KC30CONT and NONC2CONT venues, involving the serviceability, location, transfer, maintenance release and general data integrity of aircraft and maintenance managed items whilst maintaining airworthiness standards and adhering to RAAF regulations.

**Essential Qualifications & Experience**:

- CAMM2 Data Manager course completion
- Cert IV Aeroskills
- Demonstrated experience and technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance activities and maintenance planning
- Experience in MCS/Regulatory compliance department within a military contracting environment, with detailed audit/process control experience
- CAMM2 / MCS experience
- Must be an Australian citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance (NV1)

**Desired Qualifications & Experience**:

- Working knowledge of maintenance program planning and control operations of an airline; control of subcontracted Part 145 activity and heavy maintenance slot planning
- Experienced in maintain compliance with an approved SoM.
- KC-30A platform experience
