About The Role
Serve as the main branch contact for Oil & Gas customers and internal stakeholders, responsible for managing and supporting the NT customer base while ensuring the highest standards of service, safety, and compliance.
You Will
* Manage customer purchase orders end‐to‐end, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
* Collaborate with Operations, Account Management, and supply chain teams to meet Oil & Gas customer requirements.
* Coordinate offshore rack requirements, including certification packs and readiness for dispatch.
* Ensure all products are quality‐checked prior to delivery.
* Oversee inventory, warehousing, and stock control, including restocking and de‐hires.
* Coordinate third‐party freight and logistics to support customer deliveries.
* Plan and manage stock movements (including IBTs) to meet customer demand.
* Arrange and coordinate additional services such as cylinder testing and maintenance.
* Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth and improved service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, legislative, and company standards.
* Maintain accurate reporting of incidents and hazards, ensuring timely corrective actions.
You Bring
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Robust administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
* Well‐developed negotiation skills.
* Strong administrative skill.
* A detail‐oriented approach.
* Ideally, a current and valid forklift licence.
* Availability for on‐call duties as required.
