Salary from $81,396 to $85,659 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuation.

The ECG comprises Investigation and Enforcement Action, Enforcement Inquiries and Compliance, Enforcement (Evidence) Services and Enforcement Policy and Practice.The roleDutiesPreparing documentation and correspondence, including briefs to Counsel, proof-reading transcripts and organising search warrant logisticsProject coordination support on a range of complex regulatory investigations and litigated mattersMatter and document managementCoordinating case management progress meetings and drafting and circulating agenda and minutesYou will also be required to perform a core set of administrative duties, including:Credit card acquittalsTravel bookingsCompiling electronic and hard copy briefsProcurement assistanceMailouts and courier coordinationInduction and system use support for new team membersAd-hoc duties as required to support the teamAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with advanced planning skills who can efficiently manage multiple priorities.
Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures you can meet complex requests with competing deadlines.You will demonstrate strong initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to contribute to investigations and process improvements and process efficiency.
Proficiency in software applications, including the MS suite (particularly Excel) and databases is essential.
