Job Overview
The role is designed to be a hybrid opportunity, requiring the individual to work from home 4 days a week and spend the remaining day in the office. This is a temporary full-time position for a period of 6 months.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for service reform.
* Balance customer needs with business requirements to guide product delivery.
* Analyse customer feedback and product performance to prioritise improvements.
* Provide leadership in Agile ceremonies and practices.
* Work closely with technical and business teams.
* Partner with government agencies to test, refine, and launch product enhancements.
