We work closely with NDIS providers in Quality Assurance, Operations and continual improvement in Provider Care and service delivery. We assist in Human Resources and recruiting only the best Support Worker for each participants requirements.
Currently we are on the hunt for Home and Community care professionals with minimum completed Certificate III Individual Support. Our desired applicants will hold high regard for our customer and their families with key values aligning with our businesses vision and missions to deliver the highest, personalized care with compassion and integrity.
Experience working with client's diagnosis including ASD, ADHD, ODD, PTSD, DID, Intellectual Disability 1:1, Depression and/ or Anxiety, and Level 3 support is highly desirable.
Alert and attentive care giving with community and in-home duties pertaining to client needs and adherence to client PBSP. Thorough end of shift participant notes, strict adherence to Restrictive practices, PBSP and legal requirements at all times.

? NDIS Worker's Screening Card/yellow card
? Work with Children Card (Blue card)
? Academic transcript (minimum certificate 3 in individual support)
? Prevention of Infection control training certificate
? NDIS Worker's Orientation completion certificate
? Comprehensive car insurance

Salary: $35.00 - $58.00 per hour
