Duties & Responsibilities
* Ordering soil reports, surveys, dilapidation reports.
* Lodging service connection applications.
* Liaising with neighbouring builders/owners in relation to fencing forms and installs.
* Running weekly departmental reports out of On-Site Companion.
* Following up Certifier for approvals, saving and logging off in On-Site Companion.
* Updating customers with building approvals.
* Creating handover packs.
* Oversee project scheduling, prioritising tasks to optimise project timelines and resource allocation.
* Proactively track and follow up on stage claim dates on a weekly basis, collaborating closely with site supervisors.
* Generating Construction and Executive Reports.
* Coordinating and reviewing Third Party defect Inspections and Owner Inspections.
* Follow up with supervisors and applicable trades to get photos of outstanding items so they can be submitted to obtain a clear report for both K-Spec and Third-Party companies.
* Reception duties: Answering all incoming phone calls, office stock ordering, post runs.
* Assisting Directors: travel bookings (flights and accommodation), managing boardroom meetings, managing calendars and personal matters.
* Assisting Sales Admin team with, Creating sales brochures, Creation of new jobs in On-Site Companion with all relevant documentation.
Skills & Competencies
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & Outlook.
* Preferred experience with On-Site Companion.
* Ability to work proactively within a team and assist other departments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with a good phone manner.
