Craigmore Group is recruiting a Project Manager for a growing construction business delivering projects across Central Queensland. This is a hands on role suited to a driven professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects from planning through to delivery, working closely with site teams, contractors and stakeholders to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget and quality
* Coordinate site activities, logistics, contractors and field teams
* Work closely with senior management, administration and operational teams
* Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
* Ensure compliance with quality control, safety and regulatory requirements
* Identify risks and resolve issues in a practical, outcome-driven manner
* Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in project management within construction or a related industry
* Current driver's licence
* White Card or Blue Card
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High level of written and verbal communication ability
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with project management software (desirable)
* Background in fencing, construction or infrastructure projects (desirable)
* Experience managing projects in regional or remote locations (desirable)
