About the Role:
* Early morning starts
* Rotating roster (including weekends)
* Hands-on bakery work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
* Mixing and preparing dough
* Oven work and baking bread
* Shaping, proving, and finishing products
* Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
* Assisting with daily bakery operations as required
About You:
* Previous bakery experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Able to work early mornings
* Team player with a positive attitude
