The Role – RC Driller
We're seeking experienced RC Drillers with exposure to Schramm T685/T685i rigs or similar i-Rigs to join operations across multiple WA sites.
Key responsibilities include:
* Operating RC rigs safely and productively
* Leading crews with a strong focus on safety and drilling standards
* Monitoring rig performance, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
* Maintaining high-quality sampling and drilling outcomes
* Completing reports, paperwork, and job documentation accurately
* Communicating effectively with operations teams to improve reliability and productivity
What You'll Need
* Minimum 5 years' experience within exploration or mine RC drilling
* Experience operating Schramm T685/T685i rigs or similar i-Rigs
* Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment care mindset
* Commitment to safety procedures and leadership in the field
* Strong communication skills across crews, supervisors, and clients
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
* National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
