What you'll be doing Provide pre-sales consultation and deliver complex managed services projects Lead and architect migrations: Microsoft 365, Azure, on-prem to cloud, cloud-to-cloud Manage Microsoft 365 environments: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender and more Deliver solutions across networking, security, backup and DR Act as key client contact, building strong, trusted relationships Improve technical standards, processes and documentation – introducing automation where possible What you'll bring MSP experience is essential 10+ years supporting, maintaining and engineering desktops, servers and networks Strong networking expertise – switching, routing, VLAN, VPN, WLAN, WAN Advanced Microsoft 365 skills: Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Defender Excellent Microsoft Azure knowledge – migrations, new builds and ongoing support Strong PowerShell and scripting skills Hands-on expertise with Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, RDS/AVD Virtualisation knowledge: VMware, Hyper-V, Azure Virtual Desktop Cybersecurity skills, with exposure to Essential 8 and ISO27001 frameworks Confident communicator with strong presentation skills – able to influence at all levels Analytical, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment What's in it for you?
