Your Role
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new employees and developing relationships with existing clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Development of relationships with current mining partners.
* Recruiting skilled labour to meet site requirements.
* Developing a deep understanding of client requirements and creating solutions that meet their key objectives.
* Liaising with multiple stakeholders across multiple projects.
* Conducting reference checks.
* Sourcing and tracking new leads opportunities.
* Tracking and monitoring market conditions and customer requirements.
* Liaising with support teams internally, including technical specialists.
Essential Requirements
* A proven track record as an account manager /recruitment consultant.
* Demonstrable experience liaising with multiple decision-makers.
* Ability to multi-task is essential.
* An expert of the mining industry and its movements.
* Present solution-based outcomes to clients.
* Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and our Client base.
* Previous experience with JobAdder advantageous.
