Since launching our first wheel in we have grown into a recognized global manufacturer of ultra-lightweight, high-performance cycling wheels. All our products are designed and manufactured in-house at our purpose-built facility in Corio, Victoria.

The role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our manufacturing team.
You will be working with advanced composite materials in a clean, high-tech workshop environment. Full training is provided - previous carbon fiber experience is not required.
Key responsibilities
* Fabrication of carbon fiber wheel components
* Hand lay-up and preparation of wheel rims and spokes
* Assembly and component manufacture
* Machine and tool operation
* Carbon fiber ply cutting
* Paint booth operation
* Quality inspections and defect reporting
* Final packaging of finished goods
* Workshop housekeeping and general duties
* Assisting team members as required

Essential
* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication skills (clear English required)
* Ability to follow instructions and procedures
* Reliable and punctual
* Comfortable working with hands and small components
* Team-oriented mindset
* Full working rights in Australia
* Reliable transport to Corio
Highly regarded (not required)
* Manufacturing, mechanical, trade, or assembly experience
* Experience using hand tools or machinery
* Previous factory or workshop experience
