Listed on the ASX-300, IDX is driven by innovation, collaboration and excellence in patient care.**About the Role**We are seeking an experienced **Group Sustainability Manager** to lead our sustainability reporting and compliance framework in line with Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS) and emerging regulatory requirements.This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to Executive and Board stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering accurate, assurance-ready sustainability disclosures, embedding robust governance and data controls, and supporting the organisation's decarbonisation pathway.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead and author the annual Sustainability Report, Climate Statement and related disclosures.* Deliver and maintain an ASRS-compliant reporting framework (governance, risk, strategy, metrics and targets).* Embed sustainability and climate risk within the enterprise risk management framework.* Establish strong internal controls, data ownership and assurance-ready documentation.* Manage the Sustainability Committee and prepare Executive and Audit & Risk Committee papers.* Oversee external advisors (ASRS, emissions modelling, assurance) while retaining internal accountability.* Manage analyst, ratings and external disclosure platform submissions.* Improve Scope 3 data quality and supplier engagement processes.* Maintain Scope 1, 2 and relevant Scope 3 emissions inventories and monitor progress against decarbonisation targets.**About You*** Demonstrated experience delivering sustainability or climate reporting in a regulated environment (ASRS, IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards or similar).* Strong technical understanding of emissions accounting (Scope 1, 2 and 3).* Experience building internal controls and assurance-ready reporting processes.* Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and external advisors.* Excellent written communication skills, including Board-level reporting.* Relevant tertiary qualification in sustainability, environmental management, commerce or related discipline.**Why You'll Love Working at IDX*** **Strong Team Culture:** Be part of a supportive, inclusive and collaborative workplace* **Expert Leaders:** Learn from experienced senior leaders who value partnership and trust* **Career Development:** Access genuine career progression opportunities across the IDX Group* **Recognition & Rewards:** Staff recognition programs and awards* **Corporate Benefits:** Reduced or free diagnostic imaging services for employees* **Fitness Passport:** Access 1,000+ fitness locations nationwide* **Employee Benefits:** Paid parental leave, discounted health insurance, employee assistance programs, and discounts across hundreds of retailers**How To Apply**Please click apply or call Aaron Piscopo (Talent Acquisition) on 0499 973 913Integral Diagnostics (IDX Group) supports a multicultural and diversity workplace.
